Miami 3D Factory is a trade name operated by Deerland Heights Inc.
At Miami 3D Factory, all products are custom-manufactured based on customer-supplied files, models, specifications, and instructions. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, special return and refund conditions apply.
CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS
All products ordered through Miami 3D Factory are considered custom-made and manufactured on demand.
Due to the custom nature of our services, orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has started.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Customers may request cancellation of an order before production begins.
If production has not yet started, a full or partial refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
Once production has started, the order is considered final and non-refundable.
REFUNDS
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
• The order is cancelled before production begins.
• Miami 3D Factory determines that the submitted model cannot be manufactured and no mutually acceptable solution can be found.
• The product arrives materially damaged as a result of shipping.
• The printed part substantially differs from the customer-approved specifications due to a manufacturing error attributable to Miami 3D Factory.
All refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of delivery and must include photographs and a detailed description of the issue.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are solely responsible for:
• Verifying the geometry, dimensions, tolerances, and functionality of uploaded files.
• Ensuring that uploaded models are suitable for their intended use.
• Confirming material selection before placing an order.
• Reviewing pricing and order details prior to payment.
Miami 3D Factory does not review or validate engineering calculations, structural integrity, regulatory compliance, safety requirements, or fitness for any particular purpose.
MANUFACTURING TOLERANCES
Customers acknowledge that additive manufacturing processes inherently involve variations and limitations.
The following are not considered manufacturing defects:
• Visible layer lines.
• Minor surface imperfections.
• Slight color variations.
• Small dimensional variations within normal manufacturing tolerances.
• Surface texture differences.
• Cosmetic artifacts typical of 3D printing processes.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Customers represent and warrant that they own or have the necessary rights to manufacture any file, design, model, trademark, logo, artwork, or other content submitted through the website.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deerland Heights Inc. from any claims arising from alleged intellectual property infringement relating to customer-supplied content.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Miami 3D Factory is a trade name operated by Deerland Heights Inc.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deerland Heights Inc., its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or economic damages arising out of or relating to any order, uploaded model, printed part, or service provided.
This limitation includes, without limitation:
• Loss of profits.
• Loss of revenue.
• Loss of business opportunity.
• Loss of anticipated savings.
• Production downtime.
• Project delays.
• Loss of data.
• Loss of goodwill.
• Replacement costs.
• Business interruption.
• Claims by third parties.
• Any claim for lost commercial advantage or lost business.
Deerland Heights Inc. shall not be liable for any damages arising from the customer’s use, misuse, installation, modification, testing, certification, distribution, sale, or incorporation of printed parts into other products or systems.
MAXIMUM LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the maximum aggregate liability of Deerland Heights Inc. arising out of or relating to any claim, order, product, or service shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
NO WARRANTIES
Except as expressly stated herein, all products and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
Deerland Heights Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or performance.
